I got a new role at bank of America at Charlotte,NC. BOA may call all employees back to office. Generally, where do Nepalese folks who work at tech jobs live there? What place\neighborhood do you suggest\recommend to rent an apartment or townhome to live over there?

There are a lot of Nepalese in Charlotte, NC. If you are single you can live anywhere - East Charlotte, University Area closer to downtown ( but here we called uptown). If you have kids who go to school you can stay in suburbs like Ballantyne, Matthews, HembyBridge, Concord, Fort Mill, Harrisburg which has good schools. More info - https://charlottenepali.org/
