I currently work in private corporation - wanted to move out of big corporation for better work life balance. Recently got an offer from defense contractor. It is direct work to defense corporation not to government as contractor. Does anyone know how is work culture in defense contractor and how is overall long term job security. I am not in IT field- it is engineering job role. Thanks RajuLama
