One of my brother is transferring to North Lake College in Irving Texas for coming fall semester. He is looking for some friends to get more information about the college, around the city, living expenses and possibility of getting work. you will find more nepalese students over there than any other colleges. I'm not from Irving, TX, but i used to have a friend up there who studied in North lake college. No need to worry, there are tons of Nepalese over there, i'm sure your brother wont have much problem finding apts and jobs in there. good luck.
