Ya, I had done premium processing and I got the approval notice. I also know few others who got the notice but they were all premium. If you've done regular it'll take time.

well i did premium but havent heard anything.. if i track it online, it just says Pending.. so i am bound to believe that it didnt make through the lucky draw!!! :( wish you good luck catty_ran
