Hello friends, I am thinking of filing Asylum soon. I am in F1 status right now and after doing research i came to know that if you're in F1 status and even if your asylum is denied, you'd come back to F1 status, am i correct here ? So i think it is a win win scenario and we don't need money to apply for it, its completely FREE. So my question is:
what type of documents should i make ?
what are the process? and what type of questions they ask in interview ?
If anybody has gone through this, please share you're experience. It not only benefit me but will benefit the whole nepali community.

One thing that I have always had question on is that is it absolutely necessary for me to move for me to file asylum... i.e., can I go to college in one state and file asylum in another state? Does anyone know anything about it?
