one more thing, it should give the CPT right away, not after 1 or 2 semesters..

Eligibility 
To be eligible for Curricular practical training, you must:
- Have been enrolled in your degree program for at least one academic year.
- The employment must be a requirement for your degree program, required for a course, or required for your dissertation or thesis research, and
- The employment must be related to your major or field of study.

I checked CUNY baruch website and they do have Graduate internship listed but I'm not sure if they can authorize it immediately. Any experienced folks with CUNY out here?
