I have just come to the US by Dv visa. I need information on how to fill up tax form and what kind of form and how to get refund. I have not yet worked till now in USA. Please help me people

Did you work on 2009? and have w-2 forms, then you must file tax but you have three years to file.

@nepguy1-- if you didn't come to US until Jan 1 2010, you don't have to worry about taxes right now. You will fill out the tax forms for 2010 in 2011 (April 15, 2011 will be the deadline) Welcome to the United State of America !!
