I tell you. This is by Maoists. Here is why.. Earlier they were saying they are not ready for the election...but the public criticized them, now they corrected their statement claiming they in fact, in favor of election, but now using their young criminal league to do these crimes, to show the situation is not improved to hold election in 2 months. however, they may release a statement very soon, and say" bomb blasting is not their party's policy". just like the last case when they first pelted stone on Moriarty and later said something like that.
