Hey frens,

My attorney had applied mine Labor certification 6 months back on EB2 category from washington DC. Neither my employer nor attorney has received any updates till now. Any other fens have similar issue???

Sometimes some company say they filled but they do not file. I am not sure but that also may be the case.

Did you ask your attorney if your case has been audited? Did they provide you the receipt number although  you can not track the status of your labor application.  Best of luck.

I am not sure, but I think someone said that you should be able to track it.
