Experience in analytics/BI/ field. Is there a methodical way to find these employers? I have been looking up universities, healthcare/pharma companies, or specific places recommended by my friends but it's tedious.... Anyone else trying to get cap exempt h1b instead of going through the less reliable regular one to continue working after June 2019?

I meant cap exempt h1b, not the regular capped h1b.
