I had my bio-metrics done in Aug 10 and got my EAD on September 10th and TPS approved on November 24th. For some reason processing time is taking way longer than usual.

My biometric appointment was on Nov 30, and the case status is stuck at "pending at the local office". Dunno how long it's gonna take. My wife applied in July and get her EAD in 6 weeks. This delay is surely driving me nuts :(

How long after application received by USCIS do they call for Finger printing? My application was accepted last thursday but i am going out of town for 3 weeks. i do not want to miss finger printing if they require it. I gave mine 2 years ago for asylum case so i am not sure if they would need it again
