I got provincial nomination for canadian PR and applied on Feb '09 for PR to Buffalo visa post. Haven't received the AOR yet but the next step I guess would be for the medical request. Have anyone been through this process and any idea about the timeline at Buffalo? I heard someone saying that our file can be transferred to New Delhi (because my family is in Nepal, dependents in the application)-which cracks my nerve of potential delay in the process. Any idea?
