Hey Syanjali, I think the car having 146k miles on it is too expensive for its kind. Moreover you don't know how well it runs or its engine or its transmission. Even if everything is good, I feel it is still too expensive. I'd rather not pay over $2500 for this. I suggest you check www.craigslist.com, I'm sure you will find very good cars at the mentioned rate. Not to offend Keshabt12.
