Thinking of joining a consultancy in New Jersey or in New York. I came to know that some consultancy do not pay on time and some don't give good trainings, some don't have good markting and...... So I was wondering which consultancy to join. I am getting lots calls from desi consultancies like Vaptech Inc, Marlabs, etc. I need suggestions, thoughts on which consultancy to join in. I am from IT background. Just finished undergrad May 12. Please share your experience joining desi consultancies in New Jersey n New York.
