It seems a big conspiracy that ktm's attack coincides with the release of prachanda's video in motion in indian media(merosansar ko website). All the election crap goi' around, people being killed no matter whether they're police or maoists. Any kind of killing for any sake should be condemned. Killing cannot be justified for anything.
