Because 15 falls on Saturday, you have until April 17 midnight to file. I havent found anything about 1040 NP EZ. I guess you can, Ask IRS.

The instruction sheet I have of last year says that 1040 EZNR 1040NR are not available online and hence can not be filed online. I don't know about this year.

This is the instruction booklet for 2006. It appears that the 1040EZ NR must be mailed. Thre is no mention of efile for this form. http://www.irs.gov/instructions/i1040nre/ch01.html#d0e130
