In this situation, if you have someone who is going in the same flight with her will be best scenario. But, this is not quite possible. So, what you can do is request for the wheelchair assistance with the airline she is travelling . You can call the airline and say that she has some injury in her legs and will need wheelchair. They will take her in wheelchair and help her board.

She has open date ticket form Qatar Airways and can be scheduled for the same flight.
